Mac OS X actually comes with a built-in remote management feature that allows other computers on the local network to access the Apple computer using the Apple Remote Desktop which we mentioned earlier. Hi
Apple does not offer a companion Activity or Health app for computers or an online dashboard for Activity, Health or Workout data.
Health data can be exported from the Health app on your iPhone in the form of XML files, but these are perhaps most useful when importing and exporting data between apps (a health record received as an XML file can be imported into the Health app, for example).
Rather than dealing with XML files, you may wish to consider using a third-party app to access, analyse and export Health data to a computer in a more user-friendly format.

- 'Visualize running, cycling, swimming or walking workouts from your Apple Watch'.
